This privacy policy (“this policy”) applies to “Agtrac Services Ltd” (“we” or “us” or “our”) and is used to show how we are committed to protecting our clients (“you” or “your”) personal information in a transparent way. The policy explains how we collect, handle, store and protect your information. We take privacy very seriously and do not share information to third parties without permission from you.

1.2  What information is kept when dealing with clients

For us to provide support to you there is personal information that we require for us to fulfil our duties. Below outlines the types of information we require for different departments within Agtrac Services. Should the information need to be stored this is done in our secure CRM system. Due to us providing technical support to our customers each case from the call is documented with the purpose and solution. Telephone calls can be recorded for quality purposes. The below data is used internally only

  • Company Details for billing purposes
  • Contact details
  • Nature of the call and solution provided
  • Location
  • Complaint details

1.3  How is your information stored

We use a range of cloud-based systems to store your information and take reasonable steps to ensure your personal information we collect is protected against loss, unauthorised access, or any other misuse. We ensure that our third-party application can meet our privacy and security requirements. We use Microsoft cloud services for storage and Sales Force as our customer relationship management system.

1.4  How is your information used

We may use your data to send you information or specials on products that are relevant to your business. You may opt out of this service at any time by unsubscribing at the bottom of the email. Your information is used to provide you with a service.

1.5  Where the policy can be viewed

We may need to modify or change this Privacy Policy. We recommend that you periodically check our website (www.agtrac.co.nz ) to view these changes. The date of the latest version will be at the top of the policy.

Our website can be used without disclosing your personal information. If you complete the submission form your details will be submitted to appropriate staff at Agtrac.
