For us to provide support to you there is personal information that we require for us to fulfil our duties. Below outlines the types of information we require for different departments within Agtrac Services. Should the information need to be stored this is done in our secure CRM system. Due to us providing technical support to our customers each case from the call is documented with the purpose and solution. Telephone calls can be recorded for quality purposes.
